Polyurethane Foam Injection is a great option for many of our clients who are experiencing moderate to severe ground movement. This could take place beneath concrete decks, driveways, sidewalks or even your home or office’s foundation.
Designed for rapid repair, our polyurethane foam injection is capable of being installed in minutes (not hours, days or weeks). We first start by identifying the source and location of the ground movement. We then utilize the use of a Zip Level to identify the areas of the concrete that are out of level.
Once the area needing correction and leveling is identified, we drill a small hole into the concrete surface to gain access to the subterranean substrate. Once punctured, we then inject the rapidly expanding polyurethane foam to fill the voids and level the foundation.
This type of repair method is quickly becoming a popular choice for many of our clients due to the ease of installation and cost effectiveness. Polyurethane Foam does not break down to environmental conditions and provides a long lasting repair for your home or office!
